Tawasul Website and Organizer App Terms

Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to use the Organizer app. If you act for a family, business, or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

In the Organizer app, tapping Continue after selecting a language means you agree to the current version of these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. The links remain available before Continue and in Profile so you can retrieve and keep them. The optional app-use measurement choice is separate and does not affect access to the Preview. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not continue or use the Organizer app.

Current Preview only

The Organizer product is a private Preview for sample information. It is not yet available for live weddings and does not create a paid service commitment. Do not enter real Guest data, payment information, passwords, invitation capabilities, or other sensitive information until Tawasul expressly provides an approved production path, event-specific agreement, and applicable notice.

Website, availability, and no booking

Visiting the website, preparing a message, opening a linked service, or using the Preview does not book a wedding, guarantee a date, activate invitations, or create a payment obligation. Public information may describe a current standard offer, but availability, scope, total price, responsibilities, cancellation terms, and acceptance must be confirmed in the event-specific agreement. We may correct obvious errors before acceptance.

Your access and authority

Use only the wedding, family side, Guest information, invitations, exports, and administrative functions you are authorized to access. Keep private links and access material confidential, use the designated sharing flow, and tell Tawasul promptly if access may be compromised. An accountless Guest link is for its intended response unit and must not be published or used to inspect another wedding.

When production use is authorized, you may provide another person's information only when you have an appropriate lawful basis, have given any notice or obtained any permission required for your role, and reasonably believe the information is accurate. This does not transfer Tawasul's responsibility for its own processing to you.

Prohibited use

• Do not break the law, impersonate another person, harass anyone, or submit material you lack the right to use.
• Do not probe or bypass access controls, discover private links, scrape private data, interfere with service operation, introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, or reverse engineer except to the extent a mandatory law expressly permits it.
• Do not sell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, or use the Preview or its data to create a competing database or service.
• Do not use invitation, export, contact, or messaging features for spam, unsolicited marketing, or misleading delivery claims.

Tawasul content and limited licence

Tawasul and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, marks, artwork, templates, and copy. While these Terms apply, Tawasul gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Preview for its intended evaluation and authorized wedding-planning purpose. No other licence is granted.

You retain rights in material you are authorized to provide. You permit Tawasul to host, reproduce, format, and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and lawfully operate the requested service.

Third-party services

WhatsApp, Meta services, email, Google Maps, Apple Maps, app stores, and other linked services are operated by third parties under their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and device requirements. Tawasul is not responsible for a third party's independent service, but nothing in this clause limits responsibility that applicable law places on Tawasul for its own choice or use of a processor.

Changes, maintenance, and suspension

We may maintain, change, limit, or discontinue Preview functionality. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, suspected unlawful or prohibited use, compromised authority, service integrity, or a legal requirement. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice and a route to resolve the issue. We may preserve records required for security, disputes, or law even after access ends.

Preview disclaimers

The no-charge Preview is provided for evaluation and may be unavailable, incomplete, or changed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, permanent availability, or fitness for a live wedding. Tawasul is not a venue, emergency service, telecommunications carrier, or guarantee that a third-party message, map, or invitation handoff will be delivered.

These qualifications do not exclude any warranty, remedy, duty, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduced.

Responsibility and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tawasul is not liable under these Preview Terms for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or lost anticipated benefit, arising only from no-charge Preview availability or evaluation. Tawasul remains responsible for direct, reasonably foreseeable loss caused by its breach to the extent required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, remedy, or right that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit. A paid or live event agreement will state the service-specific allocation of responsibility.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms waives or reduces rights or remedies granted by Kuwait consumer-protection law or another mandatory law. If a clause conflicts with a non-waivable right, that right prevails and the clause applies only to the maximum lawful extent.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively when the service, law, or platform requirements change. We will publish the revised Terms and effective date. We will provide appropriate advance notice of a material change and request renewed acceptance where required. A change does not retroactively alter an accepted paid event agreement or remove an accrued, non-waivable right.

Ending use and deletion

You may stop using the Preview at any time. Device preferences can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app. Wedding closure and personal-information requests follow the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page; deletion may be delayed by verification, the rights of other people, security needs, an event-lifecycle hold, a dispute, or an applicable retention duty.

Kuwait law and general terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Kuwait courts have jurisdiction unless a mandatory law gives you another forum. The Arabic and English versions are intended to have the same meaning; if a discrepancy remains, the Arabic version controls to the extent required by Kuwait law.

If part of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only as necessary and the remaining parts continue. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your access or these Terms without our written approval; Tawasul may transfer them as part of a lawful reorganization or service transfer with required notice and without reducing your mandatory rights. These Terms are the complete agreement for the public website and no-charge Preview, but they do not replace an event-specific paid-service agreement.
